1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your product(s) under the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Used or damaged items due to customer handling.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Pack the item securely, including all original parts, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.
  • If eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchanges are handled as separate transactions.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
